Codevelopment Success Manager At Virtuos Games

Location: Montréal, Quebec

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Expanding the relationships with existing customers (30) by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives and participating in major sales/communication events of the game industry (XDS, GDC etc…)
  • Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts
  • Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
  • Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients, identifying their needs to promote our company’s services and achieve mutual satisfaction
  • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner, maintain high customer satisfaction ratings, according to company standards
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
  • Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
  • Prepare regular reports on account status of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
  • Answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams to improve the entire customer experience
  • Collaborate with our sales team to achieve quotas while keeping our clients satisfied and engaged with our products and services in the long-run. Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

Qualifications:

  • Have +5 years of experience in videogame or art content development. An experience in B2B, middleware companies is a plus
  • Proven experience as sales manager, account manager or relevant role such as producer or key account manager with
  • Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs. Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
  • Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
  • Ability to lead and motivate team members
  • Availability to travel as necessary
