Venuiti Technology is a Recruitment Agency working with top global talent in IT, with one location in Kitchener and one location in Etobicoke, ON. Venuiti has been a trusted resource in the technical field since 2001. We know that there’s no compromise when it comes to finding the right talent or the right job. Venuiti is currently hiring for an Account Executive in Etobicoke, ON. In order to be considered for this position, the successful candidate needs to have at least three years of Business Development experience.
The Account Executive is responsible for selling the IT professional services of Venuiti to potential prospects and customers. You will be responsible for developing new accounts through outside sales activities as well as servicing and developing existing accounts.

The compensation package includes base salary + commission structure, profit sharing, company stock, medical benefits, and tremendous room for growth within the organization.

Account Executive Job Description

  • Initiate, qualify, and close new business through the act of cold calling, social media selling, attending networking events, etc.
  • Responsible for booking and attending meetings to close the sale and obtain a job order
  • Research target markets, qualify leads, generate demand, and develop and close sales cycles
  • Possess a track record of top-level performance in winning complex sales and working as an entrepreneur in your role
  • Quota Attainment – “hunter” mentality will meet / exceed monthly / quarterly sales objectives
  • Negotiating and securing profitable pricing that aligns with Venuiti goals
  • Weekly Reporting and Funnel Management – will complete all weekly pipeline and activity reporting in accordance with their forecasting cadence

Account Executive Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of customer service-based solutions selling within a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
  • Three years of Business Development experience
  • College or University Degree or Diploma
  • Strong ability to influence key decision makers
  • Able to achieve goals through persistent selling over the phone
  • Excellent Communication skills – oral, presentation, and written as you will be engaging with senior level management
  • Superior organization, prioritization, independent work, and time management skills
  • Exceptional computer skills, including working with CRM Systems
