The Who, What, Where and Why
Twilio is looking for a Marketing Events Manager to join the Global Field Marketing Team and provide overall marketing support for our flagship user conference SIGNAL. This person should have 5-7 years experience executing successful campaigns to drive attendance. You will play a key role in bridging the marketing and sales teams globally to ensure seamless coordination and execution.
This role supports Twilio's efforts to build a world-class ecosystem of enterprise customers who may not know how they can use Twilio today.
- Plan, develop and promote SIGNAL marketing campaign
- Run paid social campaigns, with an understanding how to drive engagement, via CTR, manage CPC, and CPA
- Experiment with creative ideas to drive awareness/funnel activity and test/measure them using metrics
- Measure, analyze, and report on campaign activities to understand contribution in terms of Inquiries, MQLs, SQLs, and Closed Won business. Evaluate marketing effectiveness/return on investment.
A successful day is working cross functionally with the Global Sales and Marketing team to create and promote SIGNAL. You come up with a creative way to convey our authenticity, sense of humor, and the magnitude of how our technology is making a difference in the communications industry. You make it a priority to spend time understanding what makes a successful event for a developer, a product manager, a business owner, a CEO, and even a Twilion. You are organized, efficient, and communicative and you easily adapt to constant changes while remaining creative and enthusiastic.
