The Research Manager will be responsible for research strategies that build compelling stories which result in increased revenue for Fox Stations Sales. The television business is rapidly changing in exciting new ways and data and research are at the center of these changes.
RESPONSIBILITIES: The Research Manager will report directly to VP of Data Management & Cross Platform Promotions and be responsible for providing salespeople and sales management with deep, relevant information on all aspects of the media business as well as insights into categories of business that our clients operate in. The role will include the traditional research functions and, in particular, revolve around being able to take data and turn it into sales-driven stories centering on strong working knowledge of the client. Duties will include but will not be limited to reporting and analysis of research data, producing focused strategies that help win business for the Fox Stations Sales portfolio of products.
Technical & Software Requirements: At least 5 years of experience and intermediate knowledge of the following: Nielsen, Nielsen NTI Ariana, Scarborough, NLTV, Kantar, CMR, MRI, NTI. Ability to conduct sophisticated ratings review, measure digital and app viewing.
