JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently seeking a Production Coordinator to join our team in Los Angeles, CA. This role will be responsible for supporting and assisting our Executive Producer in the planning process of all production remote and studio operations. The Production Coordinator will identify all production needs and recognize the significance of each event and how it corresponds to the goals set forth by the producers and the show. This position will help in planning offsite meetings regarding event planning, travel, and logistics, as well as assist with talent schedules and their needs on a daily basis.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for assisting Executive Producer with planning of various remote and studio events – includes organizing production schedules for various sports, manage executive schedules, etc.
  • Coordinate logistics of planning events, seminars and meetings for various sports throughout each season
  • Interacts directly with talent regarding their travel requests and special needs for any event – includes alerting managers of any issues regarding talent
  • Execute long term organization and planning of major events; works with production, travel, and finance to coordinate plans
  • Occasionally will be required to travel with productions to help coordinate

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • A minimum of 1-year experience is required; Previous experience in administrative and/or sports position is strongly preferred
  • Good verbal and written communication skills are necessary
  • Basic mathematical/reasoning skills required
  • Great communication skills
  • Superior organization skills and attention to detail are required at a minimum
  • Resourceful and quick-thinking research skills are a must
  • The ability to multitask and work effectively under changing priorities and daily time constraints is required
  • Computer skills such as Microsoft Outlook, and experience with a MAC/ PC
