OVERVIEW OF THE COMPANYFox TV Stations FOX Television Stations is one of the nation's largest owned-and-operated network broadcast groups, comprising 28 stations in 17 markets and covering over 37% of U.S. television homes. This includes seven duopolies in the top 10 markets: New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Dallas, San Francisco, Washington, D.C. and Houston; as well as duopolies in Minneapolis, Phoenix, Orlando and Charlotte.
Candidate will sell advertising and sponsorships across the FOX TV Stations Group’s digital platforms. This includes video, social & display advertising on the stations’ mobile/desktop sites, apps & social platforms, as well as non-transactional enterprise deals.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible to meet or exceed budgeted goals. Must consistently demonstrate the ability to both grow existing business and generate new revenue sources. Work with both the broadcast sales team and Business Development group to help close digital programs in conjunction with broadcast packages. Must prospect for and close digital-only deals- direct as well as programmatic. Identify additional revenue opportunities outside of transactional ad sales such as digital video syndication, etc. Must maximize sale of FOX Sports, pre-roll video & live streaming/OTT, social & apps. Design & sell bundled digital sponsorships around tent-pole events (NFL) and/or featured content (news). Must report regularly on status of business.
