Job Summary:

The Sales andMarketing Intern is responsible for assisting and executing the growth strategyfor our core business, and working closely across the marketing and sales teamto improve the efficiency and effectiveness for outbound ISR and leadgeneration efforts. This is a great internship opportunity for anyone lookingto grow knowledge and gain experience in the areas of demand generation,marketing operations and sales.

This internship will focusheavily on keeping accurate and updated campaign lists, developing plans tosupport revenue growth within our addressable market, and liaise with ourdemand generation manager to create and launch lead-gen campaigns. Responsibilitieswill include researching relevant companies/prospects across our key markets,assisting in campaign planning and set-up, analyzing data for campaignoptimization, and improving data hygiene with updates to Salesforce and Marketo.

The role is based in our Manhattan office (NY 10018) which is 5 minutes walk from Times Square. This is a part time position, 20 hours per week, starting as soon as possible.


Responsibilities:

  • Supportgrowth across the inside sales team through lead development, backgroundresearch for agency and brand prospects, and competitive intelligence
  • Research market and identify target personas to help drive growth
  • Identifygaps in target markets and assist in developing lead-gen plans
  • Scrubdata to detect inaccurate database records
  • Managedata hygiene by identifying incomplete or irrelevant data sets and improvingoverall data quality and completion
  • Researchprospects for specific events, key targets and lead-gen campaigns
  • Continuously monitor data quality in internal systems such as Marketoand Salesforce
  • Support campaign planningand set-up in internal systems such as Marketo and Outreach.io
  • Assist in the developmentand execution of collaborative demand-gen and inside sales campaigns as needed
  • Support email listsegmentation


Required Skills & Experience:

  • Data-driven,strong excel skills preferred
  • Interestin learning Marketing & Sales Operations platforms a plus Marketo &SalesForce)
  • Abilityto work in a high-energy sales andmarketing team environment; team player
  • Positiveand energetic person with strong attention for detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Aself-starter with a track record of striving for success
  • Thehighest level of integrity
  • Experiencewith standard MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
