Our top earners who transition from Business Development role to a Key Account Manager role regularly surpass an excess of $55K (fixed plus commission), excluding company bonuses. Business Development/ Key Account Managers who are not performing at a high level will not be kept, as our reputation, products, and sales leads; provide an ample opportunity for selling.
