This position will be part of our Premedia team. Our Premedia team is the largest division of its kind in Canada. About this opportunity
Our Junior Producer plays a key role overseeing logistics and bookings for our shoots; produce all e-commerce and retail photo-shoots and assisting in the management of all talent and crew on set. We have an opening for a Junior Producer who will work in collaboration with in-house photographers and creative teams to ensure everything runs smoothly manage projects and provide customer support; working as a liaison between our customer and production teams.

Report to the Manager of Creative Content Services, work closely with the Client Services team to create work that answers the client’s needs.
Develop an intimate understanding of the client’s brand and requirements.
- Produce on-brand ideas and concepts based on existing guidelines and objectives.
Lead and direct a crew of photographers, stylists, and talent at photo shoots.
- Demonstrate accountability, ownership, and leadership among team members.
- Be a creative quarterback.
Lead concept development, streamline content, and delivery consistently high-quality work.
Lead internal flyer proof reviews at various stages.
Support and contribute to a healthy and safe work environment by following all workplace regulations, policies, and initiatives, including reporting all first aid injuries, accidents, and workplace hazards.
What we have to offer
A degree or diploma, or equivalent experience, in Art Direction, Graphic Design, or a related field.
Extensive experience with Adobe Creative Suite/Creative Cloud.
At least 2 years’ experience as an Art Director in print design and photography.
- Experience directing photo shoots.
Experience in retail clothing is an asset
Knowledge of, and experience with, digital platforms is an asset
