Account Manager, Real Estate Lending At Taylor | Ryan Executive Search

Taylor Ryan has partnered with CWB Financial Group to find an Account Manager, Real Estate Lending to join their team in Surrey. As an integral part of the Real Estate Lending team, the Account Manager, Real Estate Lending will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial, construction and term mortgages. You will work closely with the Senior AVP to prepare and complete credit applications for new and existing clients, reviewing their financial statements and ensuring that the loan remains within lending and risk parameters. This role is not a sales focused role, but will ensure a high level of customer service for external clients and commitment to high performance internally.

This role would be an excellent fit for a candidate who has a bachelor's degree in commerce, finance or accounting with two to four years of commercial banking experience. Prior experience working within real estate or having exposure to commercial valuation and lending would be an asset. You will ideally have strong communication skills and additional language skills would be asset in this role. This is a position that is all about communication, connectivity and the ability to build lasting relationships with both new and existing CWB clients.
