Customer Marketing Specialist, Wireless, Rogers for Business (R4B)
We are looking for a passionate, disciplined performance marketer that strives for great work with every campaign that not only breaks through with innovative ideas, but also helps deliver against business objectives. You come prepared with analytical and competitive facts, and strategic thinking to support your recommendations, and you bring forth solutions. You are able to prioritize and juggle many tasks at once while always keeping the customer front and centre.
In the role of the Customer Marketing Specialist on the Rogers for Business Customer Marketing team you will be responsible to ensure Acquisition and Base customers receive the appropriate message at the right time via the most efficient/effective channel. You will work closely with broader R4B Marketing team to understand marketing priorities and translate those into innovative, actionable advertising campaigns for the Wireless portfolio. The successful candidate will assist the Manager(s) and Sr. Manager to achieve executional excellence of all Acquisition and Base life cycle management programs. Often this will include media agency coordination, campaign execution and QA, and analyzing and tracking results for campaign as well as rogers.com initiatives. You will advocate for R4B Wireless customers across the organization and work closely with cross functional teams; Product Marketing, Insights & Reporting, Business Economics, Brand as well as our Agency partners.
Collaborate with greater Customer Marketing team to grow and enhance Wireless acquisition and base tactics on a quarterly basis.
Assist Customer Marketing Managers in the end-to-end advertising and campaign creative process ensuring the delivery of superior and integrated customer communications, with accurate deployment (tagging, QA, etc.), on time and on budget. Includes: Integrated briefing process with brand team, advertising/campaign strategy, agency brief development, production, approvals and sign off.
Daily contact for R4B media agency and internal partners including Product Marketing, Brand, Content and Social to develop campaigns outlined in the calendar, along with a range of business as usual activity.
Be responsible to work closely with Data & Analytics team to ensure accurate measurement and reporting on the performance of campaign activities to support campaign initiatives.
- Assist Manager in the development of bi-weekly reporting, post campaign reports and KPI dashboards, in partnership with the Brand team to track successes and build valuable insights that can be used for future learnings.
- Assist Manager to pull customers’ lists (target audience) and ensure they are accurate and available on time, confirming the ﬁnal communication is accurate and deployed on time
Assist Manager to appropriately map customers to the correct oﬀers in the appropriate systems, ensure monthly tracking of campaign results and leveraging of insights.
Day-to-day management of inbound requests and project management for Customer Marketing team, including updating and leading status reports and meetings with agency partners.
- Research, track and report on competitive communication activity.
Assist in managing and tracking the Customer Marketing budget, including all media, agency fees and production fess
A minimum of 2 – 3 years of campaign management and performance marketing experience, agency or client side. B2B experience an asset.
A results-driven performance marketing approach - analytical and strategic thinker able to turn data in actionable and relevant insight
Must be able to work in a professional, fast-paced environment and be willing to deal with shifting priorities
A passion for marketing and the technology category with proven track record in media and campaign brief development with a focus on digital, social & content marketing
- Outstanding project management skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and superior written skills with attention to detail
- University or College degree, preferably in Marketing, Advertising/Communications or Business
