Job Description
Responsible for the day-to-day management of Planbox marketing activities. You will manage, coordinate and implement all marketing activity and assist with marketing strategy and planning.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
As a marketing coordinator you will perform the following tasks:
- Design, launch, manage and monitor the Company's marketing campaigns, including but not limited to SEO, PPC, promotional activities, and social media presence
- Organize online webinars and physical events, conferences, and exhibitions
- Plan and run email campaigns including newsletters, lead nurturing and campaigns targeting prospect lists
- Plan and run outbound lead generation campaigns with in-house or outsourced outbound marketing resources
- Assist in planning, designing and launching video production for ads, product demos, online and social media content
- Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to identify and define target audiences and help shape future marketing strategies
- Write and proofread ads, brochures, guides, white papers, info graphics, presentations, video script, and other creative copy
- Manage website content and lead generation strategy. Work with web designers to maintain/update brand websites and online content.
- Generate high quality leads for the sales team
- Update customer and prospect information in the customer relationship management system
- Manage company and product award submissions
- Identify public relations opportunities to promote company and product in relevant industry and market areas
- Manage communication and marketing presentations to Analyst community
- Look for marketing and co-sell opportunities with Planbox ecosystem partners including the innovation community, conference board and innovation hubs
- Manage or undertake any tasks defined in a marketing plan as assigned
- Take on whatever tasks are necessary to support sales and professional services related to marketing Planbox software and services
Participant in annual planning process:
- Work with Marketing Manager to develop annual marketing strategy and tactical plans
- Develop high-level annual digital and social media plans and calendars with key campaigns each year
- Responsible for creating and executing tactical digital plan across key Social Media platforms (Linkedin, Twitter and Facebook) and PPC.
- Make recommendations for optimization of marketing plan

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3 years+ of working in Marketing, within consumer products industry, required
- A creative thinker with a passion for innovation and technology, preferred
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
- Microsoft Office products with strong Excel skills
- Knowledge of PPC campaign management, a plus
- Knowledge of social media platforms
- Light travel required
