Marketing Operations At Plaid

Job Description

But we’re just getting started.

Plaid is looking for someone to manage our marketing systems who is passionate about architecting the systems and tools that enable companies to run a high-performing, data-driven, and efficient marketing practice. The ideal candidate has significant experience implementing and configuring marketing tools to enable B2B marketing campaigns that drive conversions for both self-serve and sales channels. We’re looking for someone who is excited about the opportunity to build marketing systems/processes and email programs from scratch at a high-growth technology startup.

The Marketing Operations role will sit under GTM Systems Team, a cross-functional team that manages all Go-to-Market technology (Marketo, Salesforce, Salesloft, etc.).

  • Owning the marketing operations technology ecosystem and relationships with associated vendors
  • Designing scalable marketing programs, systems, and processes that enable operational rigor in go-to-market activities
  • Building marketing systems and processes that drive value across Go-to-Market teams
  • Partnering with Sales to ensure they are best equipped to execute on Marketing generated funnel
  • Managing campaign setup, testing, and deployment across multiple channels

What excites us

  • Strong analytical and technical skills
  • Ability to build productive and positive relationships across the organization at all levels
  • A proven track record of architecting and optimization the marketing tech stack at B2B SaaS/PaaS companies
  • Mastery in developing and managing Campaign Operations across a variety of channels (Paid Digital, Tradeshow, Email, etc.)
  • Ability to own lead management operations, such as instrumenting comprehensive lead nurture programs, and lead scoring
  • Ability to own, analyze, and optimize data quality in the marketing data pipeline
  • Experience architecting schemas that capture important marketing touchpoints in a prospects lifecycle
  • Ability to enable Marketing teams to execute efficiently through technology and process development
  • 3+ years of experience with Marketing technology and Marketo certification required
  • 1+ years Salesforce experience require, Salesforce Admin Certification preferred
