Customer Service Associate At Pizazz Gifts

Our store is Pizazz Gifts, a high-end gift store in charming Edgemont Village that features a large PANDORA "shop in shop", where friendly customer-service keep our customers coming back! We are looking for a positive, self-motivated, outgoing person to be a customer service specialist as part of our fun-loving sales team. This position does include weekend shifts.

Job description:
-Customer service

-Determine customer needs, assist as needed

-Detail oriented, keep work space tidy

-Be knowledgeable on brands and products on the market

-Restock product as needed

-Keep up to date on Pizazz news (upcoming product, product availability etc.)

Previous sales experience preferred but not necessarily required so long as you are keen to learn. Ideal candidate should live on or have knowledge of the north shore. Second language is an asset.
