Job Description
The fastest growing digital ad agency is looking for detailed oriented, good at dealing with people and get along well with the most demanding clients. The ideal candidate should have good time management skills, be ambitious with a good understanding of how digital advertising works as a marketplace.
Responsibility:
- Identify and pursue potential clients;
- Collect, grow, maintain, and analyze a lead database;
- Closing defined selling opportunities to drive revenue and hit overall business revenue targets;
- Initiate contact with potential advertisers;
- Understand client needs and tailor the appropriate solution;
- Negotiate deals with partners for the best of the organization;
- Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
Requirements:
- Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs;
- Ability in problem-solving and negotiation;
- Fluent in writing and speaking English;
- 1+ years' experience in media sales/marketing at an advertising agency;
- Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills;
- Knowledge of another language is a benefit;
- Bachelor degree/diploma in marketing or communications is required.
