Pivotal Solutions, Inc. is looking for a Business Development Associate for a full-time position. This is an entry-level/junior position and no prior experience is required! We're experiencing major growth and this person will definitely have the opportunity to move on up within the company and fast! We offer flex hours and can expect to be working a minimum of 40 hours/week! You will be working out of our office in Great Neck, NY. We offer a very laid-back work environment and a fun group of people to work with! Want to wear shorts and a t-shirt? We're cool with it! We are a 5-minute walk from the train station, amusements, parks, and awesome places to eat!
- Conduct business development/manage correspondences with various vendors via phone calls and emails. (training will be provided)
- Schedule and coordinate interviews/meetings.
- Provide recruiting assistance when needed. (training will be provided)
- Work on special projects assigned by the Project Management team.

- Must be able to provide excellent customer service.

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) & Google Documents (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
- Experience in an HR/Administrative/Sales role is a plus but not required.
- Education: Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
