We are currently seeking a Full-time Senior Associate, Marketing.
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, this role encompasses 3 core responsibilities, along with other functions as may be required to ensure that key performance indicators for the business are achieved:
1. Develop and execute campaigns based on the company marketing plan to drive awareness and generate quality leads
2. Build results-oriented marketing processes and programs using data and analysis to unlock opportunities for multi-channel engagement
3. Build and maintain good natured(r) social channels ensuring alignment with broader company initiatives and marketing calendar timelines.
You'll be responsible for developing, executing and reporting on the company's campaign plan and events/tradeshows, understanding that we take a "digital-first" approach. You'll also be responsible for the maintenance and enhancement of company marketing tools and social media channels.

Qualifications:
Creative - you can turn customer data and insights into straightforward, compelling campaigns, and you've got the digital marketing skills to understand how to turn traditional business-to-business marketing into a more digitally driven, consumer-oriented approach that drives results.
Service-oriented - you understand the importance of engagement, integrity and unwavering focus on customers to drive lifetime value and brand reputation.
Leadership potential - you're a self-starter who comes with your own batteries to work independently, identify opportunities for improvement and recommend solutions. You're motivated to grow businesses and take on roles with more responsibility as they grow. Of course, being a leader means you know how to communicate effectively with others and convey enthusiasm.
Flexible - things rarely go according to plan. You understand that the ambiguous nature of business means you'll often be changing priorities and doing things outside your comfort zone. You're also open to working extended or unusual hours to attend events and chip in as part of the team.
Capable - you've got a business or marketing degree and several years' experience in multi-channel marketing, B2B business development, consumer goods or some interesting combination of all of the above. You'll need demonstrable experience managing social media platforms, as well as being comfortable pulling insights from Google Ads and Analytics. Fluency in French and experience in the grocery/food or plastics industry could be valuable but certainly not essential.
Compensation and Work Hours:
$40,000-48,000 plus bonus and incentive structure, commensurate with experience.
Some evening/weekend work and travel may be required to accommodate events.
