As a full-time Customer Support Representative in our organization, you will provide world class customer support, with accuracy and integrity. You will help educate our clients on new technology and develop referral opportunities and satisfied through strong customer relationship skills.
This position will be based in Fresh Meadows, NY.
Deliver a unique customer experience aimed at improving clients business.
Processes a variety of customer interactions.
Identifies clients on alternative banking opportunities.
Provide world class support for POS systems, and Online Gateways
Applies product and procedural knowledge to solve customer's problems.
Work with our sponsor banks on all customer service needs.
Adheres to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
Identifies significant problems and opportunities.
Sorts out the problems and determines root causes.

Required Education and Experience
Roles at this level typically do not require a university/college degree or any significant experience or product knowledge to accomplish primary duties. Prior experience is not required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education and experience (including military service) may be considered.
