As a full-time Customer Support Representative in our organization, you will provide world class customer support, with accuracy and integrity. You will help educate our clients on new technology and develop referral opportunities and satisfied through strong customer relationship skills.
This position will be based in Fresh Meadows, NY.
Deliver a unique customer experience aimed at improving clients business.
Processes a variety of customer interactions.
Identifies clients on alternative banking opportunities.
Provide world class support for POS systems, and Online Gateways
Applies product and procedural knowledge to solve customer's problems.
Work with our sponsor banks on all customer service needs.
Adheres to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.

Required Education and Experience
