Senior Accountant At Pinnacle Brand Group, Inc.

Following are a list of common functions and tasks that are included in the required job responsibilities. A successful candidate will be able to perform the common functions with a minimum of training, instruction and oversight. Training for company specific tasks and functions will be provided.

1. Consignment customers

Download the information from vendor portal at the end of the month.

Update reports to calculate the monthly sales.

Perform accounting functions in order to reconcile virtual warehouse inventory

2. Accounts Receivable

Enter cash received from customers and apply to invoices

Send invoices

Help with CM reconciliation for E-Commerce returns

Create checks refund for returns

Send invoices to customers thru vendor portals

Create proforma invoices to request prepayments from selected customers

Create and collect documents for customer payment request

3. Line of credit

Review cash applications reports

Enter chargebacks

4. Accounts Payable

Process invoices and payments

5. Month End

Bank reconciliations

Account reconciliations

Create journal entries

6. Year End

Help with and perform various year end processes and procedures

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $19.23 to $24.03 /hour

Experience:

• accounting: 3 years (Required)
• general ledger: 3 years (Preferred)
