Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative At PinMart Inc.

PinMart is looking for an energetic and outgoing “people
person” ready to join our customer service/sales team as a Custom Product Specialist. As a Custom Product
Specialist, you will utilize your training to determine the appropriate
production process and provide product pricing, options, and details. In
addition, you will collaborate with our design team on your client’s projects.
Custom Product Specialist have the added benefit of seeing their work turn into
tangible products!

Roles:

• Respond to customer inquiries and quote request

• Determine production processes that best fit

• Meet or exceed established goals and measurable

• Collaborate with the art department on your client’s

• Maintain relationships with clients

• Track the status of your client’s production

• Verify customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of customer service, sales, or

• Proficient in Office 365 including Outlook,

• Familiarity with CRM and/or CMS systems
