Learning & Product Management Administrator At Pink Elephant

Location: Burlington, Ontario

Job Description

Pink Elephant is a global leader in providing IT Service Management consulting and education training programs, and we are celebrating 40 years as a highly respected pioneer in the industry!
We are leaders in creating new, innovative , and interactive instructional training commercial products that have the 'WOW' factor .

We are looking for a talented Learning & Product Management Administrator who will:

Product & Document Management

Manage the product portfolio by supporting the product development processes for new and updated educational products through document management

Develop and maintain a document management system to store all product related documentation, implementing version control and permission controls for required stakeholders

Data management including analysis, querying and reporting

Maintain the product portfolio by updating course materials and documentation and coordinating activities between key stakeholders

Completing product audits/maintenance and act on improvements needed

Learning Experience Coordination

Maintains and drives continual improvement of learning management system (Moodle) and coordinates student enrollment, document management and reporting within the platform with all internal stakeholders

Has end to end responsibility for ensuring pilot courses take place for all new courses including confirming date, scheduling attendees, setting up classroom, etc.

Provides support as required to the Instructional Designers for product development

Communicates with international partners relative to product changes or releases

Coordinates with and acts as a liaison to Project Management Institute related to educational products

Accreditation Coordination

Acting as a key point of communication and coordination between the company, franchises/international partners, Examining Institutes and Authorized Training Organization (ATO) Suppliers

Coordinates course / product accreditation requests and responses between Pink Elephant and suppliers

Maintains a calendar to plan for and execute accreditation activities, ATO agreement renewals, etc.

Ensure compliance with external agreements and internal Key Performance Indicators

Quality & Continual Service Improvement

Driving continual service improvement through addressing known errors, identifying opportunities for product or process improvements

Develop, maintains, and creates content for a knowledge management system and database that documents all product management and accreditation best practices, standards and requirements for transparency with internal and external stakeholders

Develops and maintains a quality management system based on established QMS controls and governance practices to coordinate all Pink Elephant activities, processes and documentation that relate to product management and accreditation

Note: This is an office-based position in Burlington, ON (QEW & Burloak Drive)

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
Education or Equivalent Experience

Post-Secondary degree or diploma in Business or Learning and Development

Undergraduate/graduate degree or diploma combined with a Certificate in one of the following fields: Education or Adult Learning considered an asset

3 to 5 years' experience in a senior administration/project coordination role and/or database design or database management or Learning Management System administration or equivalent combination

Demonstrated data management, analysis, querying and reporting experience

Experience with Microsoft SharePoint and Moodle preferred

Experience with quality management, governance controls, vendor or partner relationship management is an asset

Skills

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word and documentation management required

Proficiency with other Office products including Access and Visio is an asset

Advanced command of flat databases (e.g., Excel)

Relational database design experience (e.g., Access) preferred

Technical or process writing

Strong project management background

Familiarity with Agile project management is an asset

Demonstrated ability to multi-task and deliver in a fast-paced environment

Enthusiasm for automation and new tools

Taking initiative and having strong self-organizational skills

Working under pressure in rapidly changing environment

Exceptional communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills
