CLIENT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE At Ministere de l`Agriculture, de l`Alimentation et des Affaires rurales

Location: Vineland, Ontario

Job Description

    Are you an administrative professional interested in contributing to the development of informational tools and resources, delivering excellence in front line customer service to residents of Ontario and Ministry staff, and provide facility management support? If so, please consider joining our team of administrative professionals.

    What can I expect to do in this role?

    As part of geographically dispersed team of Client Service Representatives, you will:

  • provide administrative services and support to staff working in both a regional and provincial office settings
  • provide front line customer service to residents of Ontario
  • participate on project work teams, event planning and delivery teams
  • prepare correspondence and information packages such as reports, newsletters and presentations
  • perform financial transactions such as sales of ministry publications
  • research and provide information related to the delivery of programs to a variety of stakeholders

  • How do I qualify?

    Mandatory

  • Able to travel to locations not accessible by public transit is required in order to attend meetings, training, post office, bank, etc.

  • Computer skills:

  • You are proficient in the use of common office software including database management, spreadsheet design and management, graphic design, presentation software, internet search engines, HTML editing, social media posting etc.

  • Administrative skills:

  • You have experience providing a variety of administrative services (e.g. event planning, preparation of event and informational resource materials, correspondence management, filing, reporting,).
  • You have organizational skills to establish priorities and balance competing demands and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • You have arithmetic skills to collect and balance money from the sale of publications, videos and course materials.

  • Customer service skills:

  • You have experience providing high-quality customer service to clients.
  • You have a track record of delivering services within established service standards.
  • You have tact, courtesy and interpersonal skills to assist clients and participate on project teams.
