Full Charge Bookkeeping, full range of monthly transactions, reporting and payroll processing using ADP Run. Job duties also include various business administration components. From light HR to organizational project work. 60% accounting, 40% business administration. All work is supervised, however this position requires the solid ability to work independently and complete work against the recurring timelines without micro-management. Work closely with CFO, work will feel heavily managed for the first month, as you become familiar with process and staff, the goal is independent reliable work. Attention to small details is required.
Skills and Knowledge:
Must posses experience with QuickBooks Online
Practical and technical experience with Excel is also required.
Use of office 365 is desirable
Basic knowledge of payroll functions and light HR knowledge with ability to research topics
Business administration, customer service skills are critical and ability to maintain friendliness with interruption's.
Lifting up to 50 pounds on occasion.
Light travel/driving (bank trips, training off-site, visiting our second location, occasional store visit for supplies)

BS or BA, Accounting and/or Business Administration. Experience in lieu of degree will also be considered.
2 week of paid vacation that accrues to a 4-week max, with 14 more days of PTO per year.
