We are building one of Canada’s largest marketplace to bring together the best of seller and consumer experience. As the senior product manager for the core team, you will be responsible for creating an intuitive seller onboarding experience and supporting the trading team in building a large yet curated assortment. You will also be looking at managing integrations like loyalty and building systems for promotions and more, that will enable the growth of marketplace.
What You'll Do
Define the seller journey and identify requirements for each step to support an intuitive onboarding & operational process
Research industry trends and perform competitor product analysis . Constantly use different data points to guide your decisions
Own the backlog including daily prioritization, grooming and writing user stories
Engage with external partners (like payments, logistics, etc ) to ensure the right way to plug different services into our systems
Work with internal partners from technology, design, business, marketing and operations to facilitate decision making
Experiment and iterate to build and evolve experiences with constant feedback from metrics and customer feedback
Be the point of contact for cross-functional teams by answering questions and providing availability & support through every launch
Socialize a clear view of priorities and progress against a product roadmap with business partners and senior leadership
What You'll Need
Bachelor degree in a quantitative field required (Engineering, CS, Math, Physics, etc.)
5+ years of product management experience
Solid understanding of lean startup and agile methodologies
Exposure in working with external systems & system integrations
Solid stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and sift through ambiguity
Strong attention to detail and project management skills
