As the Senior Manager, Marketing Intelligence you will support the Director, Marketing Intelligence with the strategic direction and delivery of Marketing Intelligence (MI) capabilities and offerings, as well as overseeing the MI roadmap based on business priorities, working with all lines of business across Loblaw Digital. You will work cross-functionally with peers in web analytics, data science, business intelligence and other critical functions to develop a holistic view of marketing performance and growth opportunities, as well as with our technology teams on various data and technology projects to advance our audience targeting strategy, analytics capabilities and depth of customer insights.
You have extensive experience in finding and applying data-driven insights to lead business and marketing strategies. You have strong leadership skills and enjoy coaching, mentoring and developing individual contributors. You are a strong and confident communicator who is comfortable adapting to many different levels of data availability, analytics maturity and technology platforms/toolsets.. Lastly, you excel with delivering solutions to data problems, love data and analytics and using them to support product and business decisions.
