The impact you'll make
In this role, you would be a part of the Design Research team mission to guide and inform the company on how to design and build high-quality human-centered products and experiences.
In this role you will work directly with colleagues across multiple functions (Product Management, Product Design, Engineering, Marketing, Leadership) to design and apply research methods which provide deep, actionable insights which can inform what our teams builds, how they should build it and how they can refine experiences to meet customer needs.
You will be responsible for framing questions, developing research plans, collecting data, synthesising and surfacing it to drive action through a variety of mediums (for example immersion sessions, presentations, workshops). Whilst you will primarily work on qualitative projects, you’re comfortable with synthesising insights from different sources to create the most actionable insights (for example transactional surveys, behavioural insights, secondary research sources).
You’ll be building a human-centered culture and work within one of our digital businesses to demonstrate the value of research. But you will also be a key member of our research practice, which we will continue building out together.
