As a Developer In Test (Test Automation Specialist) you will be responsible for developing baller in-house automation frameworks that will test every commit, pull request, and merge of the code behind our products. Our team is driven by a passion for scale and speed, which has helped us grow our web framework from an industry standard of 100 Selenium tests per hour, to 10,000 per hour. To achieve our goals, we don't fear getting our hands dirty with all that DevOps has to offer. We pride ourselves on deeply understanding and taking advantage of cloud platforms, containerization, continuous integration, continuous delivery, and the glue that binds them all together. While we are a single organization, our team's daily operation consist of 3 primary streams: Web, API, and Mobile Apps(iOS/Android). This allows us to build focused and diverse frameworks while sharing tools for common areas such as reporting and test ingestion. When it comes to our technology stack, we are always evolving and truly believe in moving fast and breaking things. By being responsible for the entire delivery cycle of the tools we create, we can not only stay on the bleeding edge of what the industry has to offer, but also further it.
We are looking for candidates who are passionate about pushing testing to its limits through the development of tools and pipelines which may be wildly different from the industry norm.
