Programmatic Campaign Specialist At Loblaw Digital

Location: Toronto, Ontario

Job Description

From our office in Liberty Village, we’ve created leading eCommerce experiences in the online grocery shopping, beauty, pharmacy, and apparel spaces, and we’re only just getting started.

Why is this role important?

We are looking for talented and performance-driven Specialist for our Demand Generation team. The ideal candidate will be a key stakeholder in helping to grow and evolve our acquisition and retention strategies and manage campaign execution for the Online Grocery business. Channels include paid social, programmatic and affiliate marketing.

Accountabilities

  • Reports directly to the Demand Generation Manager to set up, execute, and monitor paid media campaigns (paid social, display, and affiliate) across all active online grocery e-commerce properties.
  • Develop and execute paid media campaigns that adhere to target KPIs: such as conversion rate, new vs. retention CPA, ROAS, etc.
  • Champions a testing-and-learning mentality across all levels. Analyzes and interprets data points across different paid marketing efforts and provide actionable insights to optimize performance.
  • Assist in the management of agency relationships as well as the evaluation of new vendors that will provide value for the business.
  • Compile accurate and timely weekly, periodic, and post-campaign reporting.
  • Work collaboratively with different cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative & design, analytics, product, and occasionally development.

Skills

  • 2 or more years of experience with digital marketing channels for an e-commerce business
  • Strong technical experience with advertising and analytics platforms, such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Bing Adobe Ad Cloud, etc.
  • Data-driven mentality and a curiosity to dive deeper into campaign and channel analysis across multiple platforms.
  • Collaborative, resourceful, and self-directed individual and team-player.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently and operate in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and high degree of proactive “hands-on” thinking & acting
