With better forecasts we drive down labour inefficiency, enabling our teams to provide a consistent and superior customer experience.

To also produce analogues, formulate assumptions, and define opportunities and risks associated with the forecast. To use the forecast to set sales target (Budget & LE/latest-estimation) and for store labor planning.
  • Demand Planning: Develop and implement a consistent and capable integrated business planning process covering short term and long-term demand plan with Acquisition, Migration, operation, shopping, finance, Demand Generation and product team.
  • Market size and trend analytics: estimate potential market size and growth potential for our services. Monitor market trends (consumer, legislation, social expectation, etc.) by running business experiments or scenario analysis to see what the market would look like and how it would impact the business in either a accelerating, stagnating or stable growth.
  • Competitor Analytics: identify the market players and estimate their market shares, understand how they are positioned in the market and in relation to the business, their strengths and weaknesses to identify opportunities to exploit and threats to navigate.
  • Collaboration: Partner closely with Acquisition, Migration, Digital shopping, Operation and other functions to understand Sales & Marketing channel effectiveness, conversion funnels performance and brand awareness and impression.
  • Strategic Projects: Drive analytics for planned and ad hoc strategic projects including scenario analysis to help drive key decisions for the business.

  • Track record of delivering actionable insights through successful execution of forecasting and marketing analytics projects, as well as strategic problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment, with changing priorities and significant time pressures.
