As the Director, Demand Forecasting & Planning, you will be supporting our online grocery business, by leading the design, development and ongoing enhancements of our demand forecasting model. These forecasts are critical to our success and are used to establish labour plans across our network of 650+ pickup locations, predict business performance and provide foresight and opportunity for action for our growth team. With better forecasts we drive down labour inefficiency, enabling our teams to provide a consistent and superior customer experience.
