Affiliate Marketing Manager, Demand Generation At Loblaw Digital

Location: Toronto, Ontario

starts here, but it ends where you’re willing to take it: The Affiliate Marketing Manager is an Affiliate Marketing subject matter expert for Canada’s largest and most successful retailer, combining exceptional knowledge of affiliate strategy, an inquisitive and analytical mindset and a passion for data driven marketing to accelerate the growth of Loblaw Digital businesses.

What you'll do

  • Manage affiliate marketing campaigns for cosmetics, apparel and grocery services that drive the growth of our eCommerce business.
  • Oversee relationships with Affiliate partners and account representatives.
  • Work with partners on new opportunities for all of our supported lines of businesses.
  • Develop an affiliate marketing strategy using performance data and customer insights that ladder up to our organizational key results.
  • Present results and proposed strategies to key stakeholders on each of our lines of businesses.
  • Reconcile commission and fee payments with marketing teams and ensure planned budgets are being delivered.

Does this sound like you?

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Business, Marketing).
  • 3-5 years of experience in an Affiliate marketing role in either an agency, partner, or in-house.
  • Experience with Affiliate Partners (Rakuten, Commission Junction).
  • Knowledge of the affiliate industry and best practices.
  • An analytical thinker with an ability to effectively turn reporting and analysis into actionable insights and execution plans.
  • Ability to develop and present a POV and implications based on data, and present findings to key stakeholders.
  • Collaborative and positive attitude with passion for questioning assumptions and answering questions with data in order to unlock value for the enterprise.
  • Self-directed, proactive and able to define and execute projects independently.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task, and work under shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical people.
  • Strong communications skills. Ability to present findings to management and display a comfort level responding to any and all questions.
  • Strong in Excel and reporting automation / experience is an asset.
