As the Director of Product Management - Media , you'll be responsible and accountable for growing the media business by enhancing our data-driven digital advertising portfolio of products and creating new revenue opportunities for the portfolio.

What you'll do

  • Grow the media business by establishing a vision, developing a strategy, and executing a product roadmap for our advertising platform that delivers top line revenue growth
  • Work closely with the sales team and the ad ops team to support our advertising products and ensure efficient product operations
  • Lead a cross-functional team to deliver on the product strategy

Does this sound like you?

  • You have 7+ years of hands-on experience leading the end-to-end creation and development of products (including 4+ years of digital media experience, e.g. AdTech, MarTech, Publisher)
  • You have an excellent understanding of data-driven advertising solutions with a focus on audience segmentation, efficient targeting and campaign measurement
  • You can easily build relationships across functional teams that are working to solve complex problems and build products for advertisers
  • You have superior communication skills with demonstrated ability to navigate a large organization and generate buy-in for ideas and plans
  • You have excellent analytical skills with demonstrated experience with turning data into actionable insights
  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit and are willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done
  • You have the ability to deal with ambiguity and rapidly changing environments
  • You’ve got a growth mindset – you know there’s always a better way to do things and are willing to disrupt yourself or the status quo
  • Bachelor's degree in either a technology or business discipline preferred, MBA a plus
  • Experience with or deep understanding of: *Managing ad investment, inventory and yield; *Programmatic media buying and ad operations; *1st party data; *Reporting and measurement solutions for digital advertising
