Why is this role important?
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Building a team and strategy to establish best in class capabilities for identity and access management (IAM), including privileged access management. You will work with executives and directors from across the LCL family of companies and key suppliers, partners, vendors, and managed service providers. Emphasis on achieving diversity targets will be important. You will bring a strong network of security companies, contacts and experience to help lead and build the capabilities to manage the identity lifecycle across all platforms, applications and services in a cloud intensive architecture working with agile teams.
Your deep knowledge of security technologies, security threats, IT and security operations processes, access management, will help you build a team to support this mandate. Project management, Security architecture, supplier management and contract management skills will be critical to ensure valued delivery and execution of managed security services to Loblaw Companies Limited.
The IAM and work closely with other LCL stakeholders including: Privacy, Loss Prevention, Applications, Network, HR and Legal. Specifically building and maintaining an internal LCL community of executive and director level stakeholders around identity lifecycle management and access management including privileged access management.
To support this mandate, you will work with executive and director stakeholders across the LCL family to develop and maintain an IAM roadmap and test its readiness for various scenarios using practice drills, table top exercises, and establish all of the communications protocols, procedures, templates for consistent flow of the right information to the right people from front line staff and up to the board. You will develop, own, govern and maintain enterprise policies and standards to support IAM.
Included in the mandate of your team will be to establish capabilities for ongoing security testing and assurance of the LCL assets and partner systems. In scope will be capabilities around software testing, infrastructure testing, social engineering, phishing, vulnerability and system penetration testing for all IAM related assets internal and external. Including responsibility for identifying tools, technologies, teams, and identity services. Leveraging leading technologies, the role will work collaboratively across the organization to integrate identity management solutions that improve our security posture while equally improving the end user experience.
Development of key performance and risk indicators for executive and board level dashboards will be developed and automated using GRC technologies in concert with other applications and systems in operations. Successful execution of these will contribute to the LCL brand, compliance to relevant standards, regulations and laws covering privacy, payments, health information, and financial results.
