Full Stack Developer At LeverageTek

LeverageTek is actively seeking a Customer Success Developer for a permanent role with their Ottawa based customer.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in enterprise level software development within an AGILE environment
• Graduate of a university or college computer science program
• Experience with full-stack JavaScript development with a focus on Node.js and Express
• Ability to mentor and provide technical leadership
• Work directly with internal and external stakeholders to resolve highly technical issues
• Clear communicator who is able to work across multiple teams to help solve complex problems
• Ability to multi-task in the midst of several competing priorities
• Strong decision-making skills
• Ability to represent the client on enterprise level customer facing meetings and interactions
• Experience with Bootstrap, jQuery, Backbone, PostgreSQL and Git
• Ticket management experience using JIRA or other service desk software would be an asset.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, with a superior command of English

Responsibilities

• Full-stack development of Case Management Systems (front-end to database)
• Help guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery
• Work closely with the Team Lead to carry out code reviews with an emphasis on quality control
• Provide technical mentorship to the team through feedback and support
• Maintain high quality standards by helping to implement best practices of the client's development
• Provide time estimates for development tasks
• Work as liaison between projects team and product team to communicate new changes and details as they are given
• Deployment of V5 applications (typically during non-business hours)
