Regional Sales Executive At LevelJump Software

Location: Toronto, Ontario

Job Description

We’re a metrics obsessed sales enablement and readiness team dedicated to ramping new sales reps faster. Our platform provides a space for coaching opportunities and continuous training for reps, and a place for sales leaders to analyze the success of their reps all within Salesforce.

About the Role:

You’re the rare combination of a rainmaker and a consultative sales professional with a hunger for solving problems. You are curious. You have entrepreneurial flare owning pipeline generation and closing revenue. You are passionate about sales, sales enablement and the people that make it all happen. You will join us as a sales director ready to engage in strategic conversations with sales and marketing executives. You love the art of the sale and the science of the data & metrics. You will work with sales leaders to think strategically about the future of their sales enablement initiatives and help them achieve things they didn’t think were possible.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets
  • Create a results driven territory plan with focus on revenue generating prospecting activity
  • Outreach to prospects with your own marketing and nurture campaigns using email, voice, and social channels
  • Evangelize the LevelJump vision through customer centric conversations and product demonstrations
  • Proactive management and ownership of the end-to-end sales cycle
  • Uncover customer challenges and map value to solution
  • Confidently present to c-level executives
  • Handle multi-threaded executive selling and decision making processes

Desired Skills/Experience/Passions:

  • Quota carrying software or technology solution sales and account management enterprise experience a must
  • Proven track record of over achieved year over year quota (top 10 to 20%) in past positions
  • Experience with the sales methodology, sales process and sales tech
  • Experience selling to early adopters
  • A minimum of two years of high-performance B2B sales experience in an outbound/hunting environment
  • The demonstrated ability to take a deal from cold call to close
  • Experience using Salesforce.com
  • Leveraged tools and technology to sell strategically and efficiently
  • Post-secondary education
