For us, our customers are our club partners all over the globe - gyms and fitness clubs with Les Mills programming as part of their member offering. Our club partners are a huge part of our global family - our Tribe - so we take nurturing and growing these relationships very seriously. Our Customer Experience (CX) teams work closely with clubs to successfully build new partnerships, and support and strengthen new ones. Whether it's on site in a club or over the phone - our CX team are committed to helping clubs get the most people through the doors and get the absolute most they can from their facilities.
Developing our tribe is something that excites us as it means we're well on our way to creating a fitter planet...our new Global Business Development Director roles will be taking charge of growing our partnerships with key accounts, industry partners and even developing our new vertical channels like hotels and corporate businesses - across our global markets. There are huge opportunities within these markets and your drive, courage and insight will help you maximize these opportunities.
Our new Global Business Development Directors will be leaders in their industry (whether that's the fitness industry or a vertical channel) and are well regarded as trusted advisors that are intrinsically motivated to help their partners achieve better business results while being passionate about creating a fitter planet. They'll put this all together into strategy development and execution and will use their influencing skills to create an impact across Les Mills global markets.
