Customer Success Lead At KitchenMate

Location: Ontario, United States

Job Description

2 in 3 adults are overweight or obese. Meanwhile, 40% of the food produced in North America is wasted. The food system provides enough food for everyone, but there is a big disconnect between supply and demand.

We are on a mission to provide access to high-quality meals to everyone while reducing the cost and required time. This gives us the unique opportunity to rethink how ready-to-eat meals are created, not just delivered. It also presents many exciting challenges to reduce labor, waste, inefficiencies, and build a food-chain from farm to fork in a digital world.

We are a team of multifaceted builders who care deeply about the problems people face around eating well. We are backed by world-class investors from Toronto, New York, and Silicon Valley. Our talented team of software engineers, hardware engineers, operators have previously worked at such companies as Amazon, IBM, and Google.

We're currently looking for a talented customer success lead to join our core team, to ensure every customer feels wowed by providing world-class service while revealing insights to internal stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Onboard new customers: conduct lunch-and-learns, and demos to educate customers
  • Relationship management: proactively engage with office managers, and users to understand what is going well, and what can be improved.
  • Bridge the gaps: act as an informant to our leadership/product/engineering teams by bubbling up customer feedbacks in a concise, well-documented manner.
  • Customer support: deliver customer delight online and on call.
  • Community building: organize meetups with our customers and other members in the community for knowledge sharing and value creation.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to stand up for your principles
  • Technical aptitude with strong business acumen

  • Effective at leading and facilitating customer meetings
  • Possess strong negotiation skills

EXPERIENCE

  • 3-6 years of experience in account management or customer success preferred
  • Face-to-face customer experience in the hospitality industry

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor Degree - Business, Science, Engineering or Technical Degrees preferred
