Digital Marketing Manager At Kinsa Inc.

Kinsa is looking for a motivated Digital Marketing Manager to grow our consumer business and make a large impact at a high-growth, mission-driven start up. Collaborating closely with Operations, Finance, Marketing and Product, this person will be a key contributor to Kinsa’s overall growth and success of its consumer business.

With our award-winning smart thermometers, Kinsa is creating a communication channel with the ill, helping them get better faster and helping us build the world’s first outbreak detection system for contagious diseases. This flu season alone, our mission and accomplishments have landed us on the the New York Times, Good Morning America, the Today Show, Wall Street Journal, and NPR to name a few! Kinsa is sold nationwide at thousands of retail stores, including Target, Walmart, CVS and Best Buy.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead day to day management of digital marketing programs to drive effective consumer engagement, acquisition and conversion
  • Manage ad campaigns across platforms such as Amazon Marketing Services, Google Adwords, Facebook & Instagram, Criteo and Retargeting
  • Manage organic content and partnerships across social media, influencer reviews & giveaways, blog, and our monthly newsletter
  • Develop ongoing projections and maximize available budget, analyzing and reporting data and translating insights into increased growth
  • Grow sales volume with existing online retailers, including Amazon, Walmart.com, Jet.com, online healthcare marketplaces.
  • Explore feasibility of and sell into new online sites and marketplaces.
  • Play a key role in annual business planning process and work with broader sales team to build sales targets.
  • Assist with brick & mortar account management, channel marketing and sales operations initiatives as needed
  • Partner with cross-functional team members on company-wide initiatives as needed. Kinsa is a scrappy start-up and everyone wears many hats!

REQUIREMENTS

  • Positive can-do attitude and true passion for Kinsa’s mission
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-3+ years in an ecommerce or digital marketing role. Experience in developing strategy for and executing digital marketing, including paid social and SEO/SEM campaigns, as well as developing performance goals and reporting out on performance against goals.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Must be comfortable tracking and analyzing data, and providing recommendations based on facts.
  • The scrappiness, creativity and flexibility to roll with the changing priorities that come in a start-up environment.
  • Exceptional written communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational, project management & time management skills.
