Based in Burnaby, BC, Kingswood is a boutique real estate development company and we are searching high and low for our part time super awesome Administrative Assistant.
Reporting directly to the Partners, your primary role is to manage the general office while assisting the Partners and team with key support responsibilities including coordination, communications, online research, document preparation, assist with property management, marketing, general filing of paperwork and various other related administrative support functions. The role has a variety of duties with limited structure so it works well with those that strive with picking up tasks on the fly and work well independently.
This is currently a part time position with a guaranteed 20 hours a week to be spread 3 to 4 days.

GREAT TO HAVE:
Minimum hourly rate of $20 but may be dependent upon experience and if you are a SUPER STAR applicant. Parking paid to the right applicant.
