We are looking to hire a business development executive to join our growing team at Kingsley Media.You would be the primary point of contact between our group and the corporations and cities we featured within our online magazines.
The role would be multifaceted, with a majority of the day being spent "cold calling" companies who may be interested in participating in a free editorial with our magazines, and the remainder of the day replying to emails, as well as calling interested parties to provide further insight into how our process works, coordinating interviews between executives and our editorial team, and collecting images and materials from the marketing/communications teams of the groups we work with each month.
Our model candidate for the role will have 1-2 years of B2B inside sales experience and be comfortable speaking to manager/director/c level individuals on a daily basis. You are extremely process oriented and have very strong organizational tendencies in order to maintain, monitor, and respond from 8 business email accounts which would be under your direct supervision. Computer proficiency (ms office, outlook, etc) is obviously a must. Experience utilizing a crm system to track your work progress would be a bonus.
We are offering a base salary of $29,400 alongside a weekly bonus program which can add up to an additional 2k to the offered monthly salary. Our office is located in the Beaches area of Toronto at Queens st and Leuty ave.
