We are looking for a creative, highly organized and driven individual to join the marketing team. This candidate must have a strong attention to detail, a creative drive and hunger to learn, in addition to experience either in event production or the advertising industry. This role will be based in San Francisco.

Your role within our Kingdom
Work with the Experiential Marketing Lead to deliver unique and memorable event activations that educate and inspire our clients, from Cannes Lions to small O&O events.
Provide support for event programs nationwide and globally (including thought leadership events, trade shows, conferences, product launches, sales events, experiential campaigns and other hosted events).
Collaborate and work cross-functionally with various departments within the Activision Blizzard Media team and across the full Activision / Blizzard / King portfolio.
Coordinate with the extended Marketing, Measurement and Insights team on team initiatives and projects.
Maintain up-to-date budgets and track all supplier paperwork as needed.
Work with the internal measurement team to deliver post event reporting and ROI tracking.
Research, create, archive, and maintain event-related databases and calendars, including a competitive industry landscape.
Manage event registration and websites.
Interact with vendors, partners, company executives and a wide range of functional groups.
On-site event work and occasional travel is required to support execution and management of events. (Up to 25% travel).
Other related and ad-hoc duties as needed.
Skills to Create Thrills
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- 2-3 years events or advertising industry experience.
- Ability to work flexible full-time hours, which may include weekends, holidays, evenings, and after business hours.
- Must be organized, detail oriented, possess strong communication skills, and have excellent interpersonal skills.
- A high energy go-getter, who can take broad direction and operate independently and within a team environment.
- Ability to creatively problem-solve and work under short deadlines.
- Deliver and thrive in face-paced/ rapidly changing environment.
- Proficient in various software and applications including but not limited to: Salesforce, SplashThat, Google Suite, Outlook, and Trello.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
