Responsibilities and Duties
Working from our office, your home, and at client sites, you will be installing, servicing, and troubleshooting Point of Sale software, equipment, computers, printers, networking peripherals, and basic software issues at our various client locations. Stumped - don't worry, you have a full KC support team behind you to guide you through.
We are looking for:
There may be some travel required to client locations in B.C. Most of the workload will be based in the Greater Vancouver area with limited travel to Vancouver Island or the balance of BC.
Qualifications and Skills
Finally you have:
Vendor-specific hardware certification. Experience in PC repair and/or POS equipment.
Good time management skills and a positive disposition.
Ability to interact with customers.
A zest to learn and utilize software programs quickly and efficiently
Superior problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Solid verbal and written communication skills
No fear talking face to face with customers
Experience using POS systems in grocery, liquor, farm markets, specialty retail, hospitality, or gas station environment an asset.
