Kindred Hospital Rehabilitation Services is currently seeking an enthusiastic Clinical Marketing Consultant to join our team! The Marketing Consultant can expect to spend 100% of their time in the field on assignments throughout the west coast. This position will require the candidate to travel to the required location on Monday morning and will expect to stay at this location throughout the week returning to their home base on Friday. This position is a full-time/salaried role.
As a Clinical Marketing Consultant, you will have the ability to use your clinical skills while working in a strategic business environment. Successful Marketing Consultants will educate the community about the services provided by Kindred and will develop and maintain positive relationships with families, caregivers, medical professionals and the communities we serve. Through the building of long term relationships, the Liaison will facilitate the identification and assessment of medically appropriate patients for potential admission to the acute rehabilitation setting.
The successful candidate must be able to assess situations quickly, provide an analysis of systems, processes and market analysis to establish an action plan that drives volume and establishes a productive work environment. Must be able to quickly establish working relationships, communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
RN, registered nurse, PT, physical therapist, OT, occupational therapist, SLP, speech therapist, sales, marketing, business, development, case management, liaison, acute rehabilitation, ARU, inpatient rehab, hospital
College degree required.
Either an Associate's degree with clinical licensure or Bachelor's degree without clinical licensure.
Valid driver's license.
Strong preference given to candidates who have previously operating in the sales function of a medical device, institutional pharmaceutical or healthcare setting company.
Successful track record of professional and clinical liaison experience in an acute rehabilitation setting, strong interpersonal skills and experience working with an adult geriatric disabled population is desirable.
Previously demonstrated experience working in a clinical setting where they were directly involved with patient diagnosis and/or assessing acuity for complex patients/residents.
