The Sr. Client Account Executive at KinderCare at Work

uses their extensive experience and consultative selling skills to develop long-term relationships with our current clients. In this role, you will work with executives to match KinderCare Education at Work unique service offerings

to help solve improve their employee engagement in their organizations.



As the point person at the intersection of the client and KinderCare Education, your success is determined by the relationships you build and maintain, driving solutions that enhance and meet the client’s employee benefits solution needs, and through the growth of your current portfolio.



What You Will Do\:


  • Cultivate and maintain ongoing meaningful relationships with a portfolio of clients

  • Drive our business forward by establishing a strategic vision for your clients that align to the business focus on retention, satisfaction, and profitable growth

  • Generate revenue and meet sales goals by developing and converting a strong cross-sell/up-sell pipeline

  • Oversee the day-to-day management and support of the clients within portfolio

  • Grow the KinderCare @Work portfolio that you manage

  • Orchestrate and market events for clients to attend

  • Proactively assess, clarify, and validate client needs on an ongoing basis

  • Work closely with all corporate and field cross-functional partners

  • Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of KinderCare @Work’s products and services

  • Have an in-depth working knowledge of all your portfolio contracts and provide contractual support


How You Will Do It


\:



  • Anticipate the needs of your clients and problem solve proactively through root cause analysis

  • Lean in with curiosity and respond to your client’s unique needs and development business plans that create a pathway to success

  • Foster relationships to help promote cross-sell opportunities

  • Manage C-Suite and Executive level relationships within medium to large organizations

  • Respond to your cross-functional corporate and field partners needs with strong collaboration

  • Understand the financial impact of decisions and financial outcomes for the client

  • Communicate and negotiate through strong interpersonal and soft-skills

  • Organize and plan all aspects of your role

  • Demonstrate active listening to all clients and cross-functional partners needs

  • Have strong project management and analytical skills


Qualification:

Role Qualifications\:


  • A strong sales and business background,

    with 5+ years’ experience

    account management sales experience , with proven proficiency in selling and presentation skills, prospecting, and territory management

  • 5+ years’ experience selling and deploying solutions for Fortune 500/Global 1,000 companies

  • Strong growth mindset. Seeks to solve for difficult client challenges.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including with C-level executives

  • Motivated, self-starter with effective time management skills

  • Ability to work independently, as well as being a collaborative team member
