Business Development Specialist - eCommerce / AWS At JetRails

Originally we started off as eBoundHost and came online in the year 2000. With a pedigree in website hosting services, eBoundHost has transformed from a simple web hoster for B2C providing services at several dollars a month, to a complex, high performance end-to-end platform for ecommerce (Magento). Now known as JetRails, our B2B customers receive top-notch service with immediate hands-on support and blazing fast websites and they pay top dollar for our managed hosting services on dedicated servers and AWS. We are light on our feet, quick to adapt, and will do _anything_ to ensure customer happiness.

*What JetRails wants:

We are looking to hire talented Business Development Specialists to help with prospecting, developing and coordinating new opportunities. You will take inbound leads, develop relationships and work with the sales team to identify and implement solutions to prospect qualified buyers. This is a prospecting/relationship heavy role but you don't have to be an expert, just have the ability to learn.

*Previous track record with IT prospecting/sales is a plus.
*Any experience with Magento is a plus.

To be considered you:

* Must be hard-working with past prospecting, sales, retail, restaurant, or hospitality experience.
* Must be positive and happy. We don't work with jerks or negative people.
* Must be ambitious, motivated and sales-minded.
* Not be afraid to work hard to earn your keep.
* Be able to speak clearly and effectively.
* Be able to write at least as well as you speak.
* Be able to manage your prospects with a CRM tool such as HubSpot.
* Be able to use video technology to reach decision makers.

What you'll do:

*Learn and master the fundamentals of sales, creating the foundation for a thriving career in sales and/or general business development.
*Receive top-notch sales training from sales managers, industry veterans, and the JetRails leadership team.
*Develop your sales prospecting, cold calling, lead generation, follow up, proposals, and closing abilities.
*Master organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and exceed prospecting/sales quotas.
*Gain a strong grasp on complex systems such as Magento.

Compensation and Benefits:

Base salary: $40,000 + Performance incentives.
If you're good, you'll be on track for 6 figures in no time.
