The Analyst will report to the Vice President Airports Experience assisting in the planning, centralized management, and ongoing analysis of airport department activities. The Analyst will work on special projects that include researching, data gathering, and technology implementation, and accompanying reporting, with an emphasis on initiative integration and collaboration across the Customer Experience team.
The Analyst will serve as a focal point of communication between the Airport team and other departments. The Analyst will also provide administrative support to the Vice President Airports Experience and is responsible for coordinating travel arrangements, meeting planning, calendaring and other administrative duties as assigned. Provides project support for Airport teams across varying assignments; collaborates with leaders from other operating teams to ensure consistency in procedures and delivery.
Assists in the preparation of plans and schedules, including requirements, tasks, assignments, resources and project milestones, review points and reporting.
Reports to leadership on project progress, problems and needed changes.
Provides administrative and project support to the Vice President, including scheduling, drafting communications, calendaring, preparing materials, expense processing, travel planning, phone/email management and ad-hoc requests.
Manages/ coordinates the Airports leadership office and serve as a central point of communication for the broader airports leadership team.
Ensures that all work and documentation meet the standards of the department and the project.

Minimum Experience and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
One (1) year of analytical experience
Experience organizing/coordinating projects while providing exceptional customer service;
Available for moderate travel (20%) and ability to deploy to Airports as agreed with Vice President;
Valid Passport with the ability to travel in and out of the United States
Able to pass a ten (10) year background check and pre-employment drug
Legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is located
Preferred Experience and Qualifications
Four (4) years of analytical experience
Experience writing/editing formal external/internal communications
Experience with website design, development and creation
Ability to multi-task and balance changing workload
Regular attendance and punctuality
Potential need to work flexible hours and be available to respond on short-notice
Well-groomed and able to maintain a professional appearance
When working or traveling on JetBlue flights, and if time permits, all capable crewmembers are asked to assist with light cleaning of the aircraft
