Jerry Brar Mortgages, located at 14333 104TH AVE, UNIT 108 SURREY, BRITISH COLUMBIA, V3T 0E1 is looking for a permanent full-time Financial Analyst. The annual salary is 57,330 based on the $31.5 hourly rate and 35 hours work per week. The successful candidate will be accountable for a variety of activities as follows: - In accordance with company strategies, perform potential clients’ financial capabilities analysis such as source of incomes, debts, borrowing strength etc and make recommendation for loan offer for approval decision. - Verify borrowers’ financial background, working histories and relevant credential as part of the mortgaging processes. - Review new and existing partners and negotiate with the them regarding their requirements, offers, lending rates, and any other sales campaign programs that should be passing to our clients on an ongoing basis. - Analyse, and review financial reports of loan suppliers; evaluate their invest projects, cash flow status, lending policies etc and then make recommendation to better management decision making. - Work closely with accounting colleagues to develop appropriate business model that would be used to carry out forecasting in costing, sales and revenues and hence establish the cost/benefit feasibilities reports for better management decision making. - Develop budget plan for next fiscal year; this involves the familiarization of business operation, revenue projection, and overall operational cost. The knowledge and ability in the building of forecasting and simulation models to facilitate an accurate plan is essential. - Supervise the preparation, and the approval of financial reporting on a periodical basis: These are monthly, quarterly and annual reports. Approve and sign off these reports for senior management and share holders review. - Perform cost and benefits analysis for new projects and business plans; and thus, estimate revenue and profit generations; advise on potential risk issues for senior management in order to make better decision. - Liaise and address issues relating to investment, dividend distribution and retain earnings re-investment between senior management and share holders. - Be able to facilitate and respond to potential investors regarding financial status, cash flow, revenue growth, and risk managements. - Evaluate financial risks, prepare financial forecasts, financing scenarios and other documents concerning capital management, and write reports and recommendations - Analyze any company business and investment projects and work with management to make sure that these projects are within budget, timeline and scope. - Assist the accounting colleagues in the preparation of annual financial and operating budgets
Requirements: - Bachelor in business administration or commerce; a post-gratuate degree in related field is an asset. - At least 3 years of experience required working on a similar environment is a must.
