Digital Marketing Coordinator - Display & Paid Social At Hudson's Bay Company (HBC)

Location: New York, New York

Job Description

The Coordinator of Display and Paid Social for Saks Fifth Avenue is responsible for supporting his/her supervisor in driving the strategic development, budgeting, execution, and measurement of the Saks Fifth Avenue Display and Paid Social campaigns aimed at driving awareness and direct response goals (e.g., traffic, conversion, subscriber acquisition, increasing engagement). The Coordinator is expected to lead all day-to-day activities and when needed facilitate special projects. The Coordinator works hand-in-hand with agency and technology partners to ensure appropriate budgeting, accurate execution of Display and Paid Social campaigns, and alignment with Saks Fifth Avenue marketing goals and objectives, challenging agency’s results and optimization. The Coordinator will work together with the Marketing Acceleration team on planning and execution of pilots, as well as Creative teams to ensure timely trafficking of assets.
The ideal candidate will have an analytical and strategic mindset, be highly organized, and be able to work well with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Campaign development and execution
    • In partnership with agency and technology partners, execute and optimize all Display and Paid Social campaigns for Saks Fifth Avenue
    • Challenge agency's results and optimization methodology
    • Work with the Marketing Acceleration team on planning and execution of Display and Paid Social pilots for Saks Fifth Avenue
    • Work with Creative team to manage creative requests and asset trafficking
    • Leverage best practices and key learnings from previous campaigns
  • Measurement
    • Lead monitoring and reporting of Display and Paid Social campaigns performance, proactively communicate any issues to supervisor
    • Ensure timely reporting of results from agency and tech partners
    • Extract insight and learnings to inform Display and Paid Social strategy and tactics
    • Proactively report key insights, learnings, and performance against KPIs to Manager of Display and Paid Social for Saks Fifth Avenue
    • Stay up to date with technology and innovation, embrace a test-and-learn philosophy
  • Accounting
    • Daily invoice management and reconciliation of Display and Paid Social budgets
    • Support optimization of Display and Paid Social budget for Saks Fifth Avenue
    • Work hand-in-hand with agency and technology partners to ensure alignment on budget
  • Additional responsibilities as required
What You'll Have:
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university (preferably in Marketing, Economics, or Business Management)
  • Minimum 1 year of full-time experience managing Paid Social campaigns (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest), including social tracking, planning, and reporting
  • Agency experience preferred
  • Strong financial business acumen and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical with a comfort in dealing with numbers and reporting
  • Proficiency in relevant analytics platforms (e.g. Adobe Omniture, Facebook, DCM)
