What This Position Is All About:
The Coordinator is an essential part of the Business Development and Partnerships team, involved in all aspects of formulating a strategy for prospective partnerships, and developing collateral and presentations to articulate our value proposition in the market. This person will develop compelling ideas and proposals for partners that increase brand awareness and generate return on investment. The Coordinator also serves as a point of contact between the sales team, integrated marketing and other cross functional departments including, but not limited to events, PR, creative, editorial, social and more. Partnership programs may span all forms of digital and traditional media including digital video, editorial content, visual merchandise integration, product, social, events and more.
This person must also communicate how the Hudson’s Bay Company banners can bring the most value to an integrated marketing and advertising campaign. The Coordinator will work to identify key opportunities with both existing and prospective clients, as well as develop actionable insights from each program.
As The Coordinator, Partnerships, You Will:
- Partner with Sales lead to prepare and organize partnership components and pricing strategies into client facing pitch materials for the sales team
- Collaborate with Integrated Marketing and COE leads to facilitate primary approvals, as well as socialize partnership proposals/concepts internally and externally.
- Collaborate with Account Management team to transition programs, as well as to recap programs into client facing one sheets
- Additional responsibilities as required
