What This Position is All About:
The Coordinator, Digital Marketing is responsible for supporting the Digital Marketing Acquisition Search team for Hudson�s Bay. This role will report into the Director, Search. The Coordinator will have ongoing interaction with cross-functional teams across the organization including but not limited to the Promotions, Creative, Merchandising, Operations, and various store marketing teams. The successful candidate will work to accurately and efficiently express HBC�s marketing position in English and French, helping to drive results online and in our stores.

You Also Have:
0-2 years of digital marketing experience, ideally including search marketing
Experience with Google AdWords, Bing Ads
Prior use of a bidding tool such as DoubleClick Search, Marin, or Kenshoo would be an asset
Knowledge of online analytical tools like Adobe Analytics/Omniture, Google Analytics
Bilingual written & oral is an asset

Prepare ad copy and schedule ads to portray upcoming promotions or marketing messages
Conduct regular optimization of paid campaigns (keyword targeting, landing page and ad copy testing, etc.)
Construct of new campaigns and ad groups to reflect HBC's growing online assortment
Work with cross functional teams to determine priority areas and execute based on those priorities
Frequently review KPIs to monitor and adjust marketing programs in order to maximize growth and return
Optimize pages to improve organic search rankings
